Step #2. Scroll down and find the option, ‘Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use windows‘ and disable it by toggling it.

Step #3. Now go to SettingsView Advanced Settings and click on Manage button under the notifications to view and control the websites which have permissions to show up notifications on Edge.
